Getting started

Customise your dashboard

Arrange dashboard widgets so the numbers you care about come first.

Last reviewed June 20262 min read

Your Dashboard is your at-a-glance home, the first thing you see at /dashboard. Shape it with widgets so the numbers you care about sit right at the top, ready when you log in.

What the dashboard shows by default

A fresh dashboard opens with a sensible spread across local SEO. Along the top sit four quick stat tiles: Credit balance, Locations, Total scans and Reviews tracked. Below them you get a Rank trend chart, an Action items panel, your Recent scans, an Activity feed, a Visibility matrix, a Reviews summary and a GBP health score.

If you have not added a location yet, the dashboard shows a short welcome checklist instead, walking you through your first scan. For the bigger picture of how the tools fit together, see What is SearchOps?.

The widgets you can add

Open the widget library to pick from the full set, grouped into categories:

  • Overview: Credit balance, Locations, Total scans, Reviews tracked, Activity feed.
  • Tracking: Rank trend, Visibility matrix, Recent scans, Top performing pages, Pages losing value.
  • Productivity: Action items, Quick actions, Quick tips.
  • Reviews and GBP: Reviews, GBP health.

Each widget pulls live data from your account, so the moment you add one it fills with your real figures.

Add, remove and rearrange

Customising is quick and everything saves as you go.

  1. On the dashboard, select Customise (top right).
  2. Select Add widget to open the library, then choose the ones you want. Widgets already on your dashboard are marked so you do not add duplicates.
  3. To move a widget, drag it by its header. To resize it, drag the bottom-right corner.
  4. To remove a widget, use the remove control on its header while customising.
  5. Select Done when you are happy. To start fresh, Reset restores the default layout.

Note: Your layout is saved to the browser you are using, not to your account. If you switch to another computer or browser, you will see the default layout there and can set it up again.

Tip: Keep the widgets you check daily near the top, and add Top performing pages or Pages losing value if you watch search clicks closely.

Pair it with your To-Do list

The Action items widget surfaces open to-dos and scans that need attention, giving you a daily starting point without leaving the dashboard. Treat it as your shortlist: glance at the widget, then open the full list to work through each item in order. For how to clear and prioritise those tasks, see Work your To-Do list.
