Every paid plan includes three separate allowances so you can plan your month clearly. Scan credits cover geo-grid scans, where one grid point equals one credit (a 15×15 scan uses 225, a 21×21 uses 441). Tracked keywords are slots, not consumables: Starter includes 30 keywords with weekly refresh, Pro and Agency add daily refresh for your priority keywords (50 and 250 daily slots on top of 150 and 750 total slots respectively); the rest refresh weekly. Audit URLs are a separate monthly pool for the Website Audit product (Starter 2,500, Pro 10,000, Agency 50,000). GBP audits, citation audits, review syncs, agent review-reply drafts and Agency auto-replies don't draw from any of these buckets, they run on fair-use. Free is view-only: connect a Google Business Profile to watch Performance, reviews and a baseline audit at no cost.
No — geo-grid rank tracking, GBP audits, and citation auditing all work without OAuth. Connecting a GBP profile unlocks owner-only features that no third-party SERP tool can replicate: live Performance metrics (calls, website clicks, directions, search queries), audit ROI reports comparing before/after, and the ability to post review replies and Posts directly from SearchOps. You can connect optionally during onboarding or any time later from Settings.
Replies are sent to Google instantly, but Google moderates them as of 2026 — every reply enters a PENDING state and becomes publicly visible once approved (usually within minutes). SearchOps surfaces the moderation status (Pending / Approved / Rejected) on every reply so you always know where things stand. We never auto-reply to reviews under 4 stars; those always wait for a human.
Direct from Google's Business Profile Performance API — calls, website clicks, direction requests, conversations, search and Maps impressions, plus the search queries that triggered them. These are owner-only metrics; they require an OAuth-connected profile to access. Google publishes performance data with a roughly 4-day lag, which we surface honestly on every chart so the numbers stay trustworthy.
