Reports & Tasks
Every tool in SearchOps finds problems. Reports & Tasks is where those findings turn into work you can show a client. Findings from the geo grid, Google profile, listings, reviews, website and ChatGPT tracking roll up into one board with owners and due dates, and the reports you send are built from the same measurements, so what you report and what you did stay in step.

Why it's different
Built for the way local SEO actually works
One board, every tool
Listings, Google profile, website, content, reviews, ChatGPT, competitors, backlinks and Search Console all produce cards on the same board. Nothing has its own private to-do list any more.
Reports clients can open
Drag blocks together (rank summary, keyword table, trend chart, competitor leaderboard, results vs baseline, your own notes), then share a link. No login needed at the other end.
Sent on a schedule
Set a report to go out weekly or monthly and it emails itself. The month's numbers land in the client's inbox without anyone remembering to export anything.
Finished work shows up on the charts
Complete a card and it becomes a marker on your trend charts, so the line that moved is labelled with the work that moved it instead of being a shrug.
The problem it solves
Findings are cheap. Finished work is the thing you get paid for.
An audit that lists 40 issues has not helped anybody yet. Most tools stop there, and the actual list of what to do next ends up in a spreadsheet nobody opens. Tasks is the layer that catches the output of every tool and turns it into a small number of things a person can actually pick up.
- A card is a unit of work, not a unit of finding: 37 pages missing an H1 is one card, not 37
- Columns are To do, In progress, Blocked and Done, with owners and due dates per card
- Overdue work is counted and surfaced, so a stalled card does not quietly sit there for a month
- Add your own cards alongside the ones the tools produce, so the board is the whole job and not just our half of it

Where cards come from
Nine producers, plus anything you add yourself
Each tool rolls its own findings up into cards under its own label, so you can tell at a glance whether this week is a listings week or a website week. Signals on your dashboard are not cards until you promote one, which keeps the board a list of commitments rather than a second copy of the dashboard.
- Listings, Google profile, Website, Content, Reviews, ChatGPT, Competitors, Backlinks, Search Console
- Promoting a dashboard signal both creates the card and stops the signal nagging you, because they are the same record
- Playbooks run on the same board: starting a play loads its steps as cards in order
- Ticking a card off writes back to the play, so the two views cannot disagree about the same piece of work

Reporting
A report is assembled from measurements, not retyped from them
The report builder reads the same data your trackers already collected. Pick the blocks, pick the window, and the numbers are whatever the scans actually returned. Nothing is copied by hand, so nothing drifts.
- Blocks: rank summary, keyword table, rank trend chart, competitor leaderboard, results vs baseline, and free text for your commentary
- Windows from the last 7 days up to the last 12 months, or since you started working with the client
- Share by link with your branding on it, or schedule it to send itself
- Saved views live on the same hub, so the working view and the client view come from one place

The join
What you did, next to what changed
Completed cards become markers on the charts that already draw them, including the results report. That is a deliberately conservative join: work you finished is a fact worth showing next to the trend line, but a finding that merely stopped appearing is not, because a quiet crawl looks the same as a fixed problem. Only the first kind gets pinned.

How it works
Three steps from signup to insight
Run your tools as normal
Audits, scans and trackers keep working the way they always did. Their findings now roll up into cards on the board instead of stopping at the end of a report.
Work the board
Assign owners, set due dates, move cards across the columns. Add your own cards for anything the tools cannot see.
Send the report
Build the report once, share the link or put it on a schedule. Completed work shows up on the charts as it lands.
Credits
What it costs
Nothing extra. Reports and Tasks read data your scans, audits and trackers have already paid for, so building a report, sharing it, or scheduling it spends no credits.
- 0 credits to build, share or schedule a report
- 0 credits to create, assign or complete a task
- Included on every paid plan
