Why it's different

Built for the way local SEO actually works

Multi-platform feed

Google, Facebook, Trustpilot. More on the way. One timeline, no tab-switching.

Real-time alerts

Slack, email, or webhook notifications the moment a new review lands, especially the bad ones.

Sentiment analysis

Every review scored for sentiment and tagged by topic. See patterns your star rating hides.

Trend reporting

Weekly digests showing rating trajectory, review velocity, and sentiment by topic.

One feed, every platform

Stop tab-switching to stay on top of reviews

Checking Google, Facebook, and Trustpilot by hand doesn't scale past a handful of locations. We aggregate every review across every connected platform into a single chronological feed. So you can triage, respond, and track trends from one screen.

  • Google reviews (all locations)
  • Facebook page reviews and recommendations
  • Trustpilot reviews
  • More platforms being added quarterly

Sentiment, not just stars

Topic-level sentiment surfaces problems early

Star ratings are a trailing indicator. By the time your rating drops from 4.8 to 4.5, you've had weeks of bad reviews you could have acted on. We tag every review for topic. Service speed, pricing, staff, product quality, wait time. And score sentiment per topic. A dip in service-speed sentiment shows up before your overall rating moves.

  • Automatic topic tagging (no manual setup)
  • Per-topic sentiment trend charts
  • Location-level breakdowns for multi-site operators
  • Topic-level competitor benchmarks on Agency plans

FAQ

Review Monitoring. Questions we get

Google, Facebook, and Trustpilot today. Yelp, Apple Maps Business, and TripAdvisor are on the roadmap. Tell us which you need most and we'll prioritise.

Usually within minutes of the review appearing on the source platform. Google occasionally buffers reviews for moderation, which can delay delivery. Out of our control, but we catch it as soon as it appears.

For Google, yes. We'll deep-link you to the response flow in your Google Business Profile. Native in-app response is on the roadmap but requires write access to your profile, which some customers are cautious about.

We flag suspicious patterns. Sudden spikes, reviewer accounts with no history, language typical of review farms. But we don't claim to detect every fake. Google's own detection is still the backstop.

Yes, on Agency plans. Add competitor locations and you'll see their rating trajectory and sentiment alongside yours.
