Work your To-Do list
Use the prioritised To-Do list to always know the next best action for a location.

Your To-Do list is the single, prioritised place to see the next best thing to do for every location, so you never have to hunt across tools to find what needs attention.
Where the items come from
To-Do pulls suggested actions from across SearchOps and lines them up in one list. Items are produced automatically by three parts of the platform:
- Citations: gaps and fixes spotted when a location's citations are audited.
- GBP: issues raised by a Google Business Profile audit.
- Pages: actions the Pages strategist suggests after looking at your performance signals. To learn more about that layer, see Understand your Pages.
Each item is tagged with its source and a priority (high, medium or low), and the whole list is grouped by location with the highest-priority locations on top.

Statuses and the sidebar badge
You will find To-Do at the top of the sidebar, with a count badge showing how many items are waiting. Every item sits in one of these states:
- Open: live and ready to action.
- Snoozed: hidden for now and due to return on a set date.
- Done: ticked off (or resolved automatically once the underlying issue clears).
- Dismissed: set aside as not relevant.
Use the Status filters to switch between Open and snoozed, Done, and Dismissed. The Source filters (Citations, GBP, Pages) let you focus on one type of work at a time.
Action, snooze or dismiss
Each row gives you a few quick controls:
- Tick the circle to mark an item done. Tick it again to reopen it.
- Select Snooze 7d to clear it from your view and bring it back in a week.
- Select Dismiss to remove an item you do not plan to act on.
- Use the open-source button to jump straight to the relevant tool (Citations, the GBP audit or Pages) to do the work.
Note: When the underlying issue is fixed, items can resolve on their own and move to Done, so the list stays accurate without extra tidying.
Stay focused, not scattered
Because every suggestion lands in one ranked list, you can work top to bottom and trust that you are tackling the most important things first. The count badge keeps the outstanding total in view from anywhere, and clearing items keeps it honest.
