Schedule recurring checks

Automate recurring geo-grid scans and rank checks from one place.

Last reviewed June 20262 min read

Keep your map rankings and search visibility data fresh without remembering to click. Schedules is the one place to automate the work that should run on its own, so every report you open reflects where you stand right now.

Where to find it

Schedules lives at the top of the sidebar, at /dashboard/scheduled. It is the single hub for every recurring task, split into two sections: Geo-grid scans and Search Visibility checks.

What you can schedule

The hub manages two kinds of recurring work side by side:

  • Geo-grid scans map where you rank across a grid of points around each location, so you can watch your local map presence change over time. For the full detail on grid sizes and how scans work, see Schedule recurring scans.
  • Search Visibility checks track where you rank for your keywords across Google's organic, local, and AI surfaces. To understand the underlying tool, see Track rankings in Search Visibility.

Note: Geo-grid scans draw scan credits on every run. Search Visibility checks are included in your plan and do not draw scan credits. See How credits and quotas work.

Create a schedule

From the hub, choose the right section and pick New scan or New check, then set the location, keywords, and how often it should run. As you build a scan schedule, the hub shows an estimate of the scan credits each run will use, plus a rough monthly total across your active schedules, so there are no surprises.

If you want to set up many locations at once, use Bulk schedule at the top of the page to apply the same cadence in one go.

Frequency options

Each schedule runs on a cadence you choose:

  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Biweekly
  • Monthly

You can also add an email address to any schedule so the results land in your inbox after each run.

Manage your schedules

Every schedule appears as a card showing its cadence, next run time, and the result of its last run. From there you can:

  • Pause or resume with the toggle on each card. A paused schedule stops running and stops drawing credits, and it is excluded from your monthly credit estimate.
  • Edit by opening the card to change keywords, cadence, or notifications.
  • Delete a check you no longer need.

Tip: Pausing rather than deleting keeps the setup ready to switch back on later, handy for seasonal campaigns.

Plan availability

Scheduling is a paid feature, available on Pro and above. On a free account the hub shows a preview and a prompt to start a free trial, which unlocks both scheduled scans and scheduled checks straight away.
