Every paid plan includes separate allowances so you can plan your month clearly. Scan credits cover geo-grid scans, where one grid point equals one credit (a 15×15 scan uses 225, a 21×21 uses 441). Keyword rank checks cover Google rank tracking: one check is one keyword looked up across desktop, mobile, the Map Pack and Google's AI results, and checks you run yourself count the same as scheduled ones. You can track as many keywords and locations as you like on any paid plan and check them as often as you like, so how often you check is what uses the allowance. Starter includes 500 keyword rank checks a month, Pro 2,000 and Agency 7,500 (as a guide, 2,000 is about 66 keywords checked daily or 460 checked weekly). GBP audits and citation audits have their own monthly allowances shared across your locations (see the plan comparison), and review syncs, agent review-reply drafts and Agency auto-replies are included without drawing from any bucket. Connecting a GBP profile unlocks owner-only features that no third-party SERP tool can replicate: live Performance metrics (calls, website clicks, directions, search queries), audit ROI reports comparing before/after, and the ability to post review replies and Posts directly from SearchOps. You can connect optionally during onboarding or any time later from Settings.

Replies are sent to Google instantly, but Google moderates them as of 2026 — every reply enters a PENDING state and becomes publicly visible once approved (usually within minutes). SearchOps surfaces the moderation status (Pending / Approved / Rejected) on every reply so you always know where things stand. We never auto-reply to reviews under 4 stars; those always wait for a human.

Direct from Google's Business Profile Performance API — calls, website clicks, direction requests, conversations, search and Maps impressions, plus the search queries that triggered them.
